Every Outlaw Rod is built with precision and put through strict quality inspection before it ever reaches your hands. We stand behind our rods with a 30-Day No-Hassle Guarantee and a 1-Year Warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship.

 

30-Day No-Hassle Guarantee
If your rod fails within the first 30 days due to a defect, we will replace it—no questions asked.

 

1-Year Limited Warranty
After the initial 30 days, all Outlaw Rods are covered for one (1) year against defects in materials and workmanship. If a failure occurs due to a manufacturing defect (as determined by Outlaw Rods), we will repair or replace the rod or affected components at no charge within the warranty period.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, alterations, or modifications.

 

Proof of Purchase is Required for full Warranty coverages.

   

  All situations are different and Outlaw Rods reserves the right to determine whether a rod will be repaired or replaced. A Possible Warranty replacement fee can be added for a replacement. If a model has been discontinued or is no longer available, it may be replaced with a comparable model of equal value.  All warranty claims must be submitted directly through Outlaw Rods. Any repair work performed outside of Outlaw Rods will void this warranty.

Customers are responsible for properly packaging and insuring rods when shipping them for warranty evaluation. This warranty is non-transferable and requires valid proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
